Arkansas football’s upcoming game against Memphis is scheduled for Saturday, September 20, with kickoff set for 11 a.m. The game will be broadcast on either ABC, ESPN, or ESPN2, according to an announcement made Monday.

The Razorbacks and the Tigers have played each other five times in the past, all between 1992 and 1998. Their last meeting took place at Memphis’ Liberty Bowl in 1998, where Arkansas secured a 23-9 victory during head coach Houston Nutt’s first season. The teams faced off four years in a row from 1992 to 1995; Memphis won the first three games while Arkansas won the final matchup of that stretch at Little Rock’s War Memorial Stadium by a score of 27-20.

Arkansas has started its season with two wins for the fourth time under head coach Sam Pittman. The team is preparing to open Southeastern Conference play against nationally ranked Ole Miss in Oxford. That game will take place at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on Saturday, September 13, with kickoff scheduled for 6 p.m. on ESPN.
