Razorback fans are preparing for Wooo Pig Weekend, a three-day series of events in Fayetteville that will culminate in a football game between the Arkansas Razorbacks and Notre Dame at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.

The festivities begin on Friday, September 26, with tailgating starting at 5:00 p.m. Lot 300 will be available for free tailgating on Friday night, but must be cleared by midnight unless attendees have a gameday parking pass. Fans are asked to avoid blocking other parking spaces or pedestrian paths when setting up their tailgate areas.

At 5:15 p.m., the live mascot Tusk will make an appearance around campus. Later that evening, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., Big Red’s Friday Night takes place on the North End Zone Deck of Razorback Stadium. Admission is $10 and includes access to live music, complimentary popcorn, concessions for purchase, and a selection of beverages.

The evening continues with a community pep rally featuring the Razorback Cheerleaders, Dance Team, Mascots and Marching Band at 9:00 p.m. in Lot 300 outside the Frank Broyles Athletic Center. This will be followed by a fireworks show at 9:30 p.m., presented by the University of Arkansas Associated Student Government.

Other Friday events include the Baseball Fall Classic at 6:00 p.m., soccer and volleyball matches against Ole Miss starting at 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., respectively (with one ticket granting entry to both), and the Razorback Hall of Honor Ceremony at Walton Arts Center at 7:00 p.m.

On Saturday, September 27, tailgating lots open early at 6:00 a.m., while HogTown on Maple Street starts its pregame activities at 7:00 a.m. The event features food trucks, sponsor activations, inflatables and live music from Gone Country beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Key Saturday highlights include:
– An official pep rally in HogTown at 8:45 a.m.
– The Hog Walk with Coach Sam Pittman and the football team through Lot 300 at 9:00 a.m.
– Tusk VI entering the stadium just before kickoff
– A pregame show by the Razorback Marching Band
– The national anthem accompanied by a flyover from two U.S. Navy F/A-18F Superhornets

Kickoff for Arkansas vs. Notre Dame is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Postgame tailgating begins after the match in designated areas.

Wooo Pig Weekend concludes Sunday with additional athletic events as softball hosts an intrasquad scrimmage at Bogle Park (1:00 p.m.) with free admission and volleyball faces LSU Tigers in Barnhill Arena (3:00 p.m.), where tickets start at $5.

“Don’t miss this unforgettable weekend of Razorback pride, spirit and game day tradition!”
