Xadavien Sims, a defensive lineman who previously played for Oregon, has signed with the Arkansas Razorbacks. Sims, standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 305 pounds, is from Durant, Oklahoma.
During his time at Oregon, Sims appeared in two games as a redshirt freshman in 2025. He recorded one tackle against Oklahoma State on September 6 and also saw playing time against Minnesota on November 14. In his first season in 2024, he preserved his redshirt status by playing limited snaps—one against Michigan State on October 4 and two against Maryland on November 9.
Sims was recognized as a consensus four-star recruit out of high school and ranked among the Top 275 prospects nationally by recruiting services such as 247Sports and ESPN. He was rated the No. 211 overall recruit by 247Sports and considered the top defensive line prospect in Oklahoma. ESPN ranked him as the No. 27 defensive end prospect nationally.
In addition to football, Sims competed in track and field events during high school, winning the Oklahoma Class 5A state title in discus as a junior with a throw of over 161 feet. Before attending Durant High School in Oklahoma for his later years, he attended Denison High School in Texas.
Sims had received offers from several programs including Arkansas before initially choosing Oregon.
