For the second time this season, the Arkansas Razorbacks will play at home, facing Notre Dame at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium on Saturday, September 27. This game marks the first meeting between the two programs and concludes Arkansas’ non-conference schedule for 2025. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. and will be broadcast on ABC.
Arkansas has achieved over 500 yards of total offense in five consecutive games, a first in program history. Quarterback Taylen Green has completed 81 of 126 passes (64.3%) for 1,191 yards and 12 touchdowns while also rushing for 360 yards and two touchdowns. Green currently leads the nation in total offense with 1,551 yards and averages 387.8 yards per game.
Defensive lineman Shakur Smalls is tied for sixth nationally in forced fumbles with two this season and is among six SEC defenders to have forced multiple fumbles through week four.
Saturday’s matchup against Notre Dame is notable as it is only the third time under head coach Sam Pittman that Arkansas has played an independent team; previous games include BYU and Liberty in 2022, resulting in a split record.
Defensive lineman Quincy Rhodes Jr. recently recorded his second multi-sack game of the season and achieved a career-high four tackles for loss against Memphis. He leads the team with seven tackles for loss and five sacks through four games, becoming the first Arkansas defender since Drew Sanders in 2022 to post multiple multi-sack games in one season.

Tight end Jaden Platt ranks fifth nationally among tight ends with an average of 17.88 yards per reception, totaling eight catches for 143 yards so far this season.
Arkansas holds a streak of making 203 consecutive extra points dating back to December 5, 2020—the second-longest active streak nationally after Northwestern’s run that began on October 24, 2020. Freshman kicker Scott Starzyk has converted all twenty point-after attempts this year.
The team has scored a touchdown on its opening drive three times this season—the most through four games during Sam Pittman’s tenure as head coach.
Quarterback Taylen Green became the first Arkansas player since Brandon Allen in 2015 to surpass the thousand-yard passing mark within the first four games of a season. He reached this milestone with a fifteen-yard completion to Jaden Platt late in the second quarter against Memphis last week.
