Arkansas volleyball hosts undefeated Boston College in home matchup

Arkansas will host Boston College in a volleyball match on Tuesday evening at Barnhill Arena. The event, called the Showdown at the Net, is part of a series featuring 16 matches between SEC and ACC teams over two days. This will be the first time Arkansas and Boston College face each other.

The Razorbacks are aiming to end a three-match losing streak and secure their first home win of the season. Boston College enters the contest with a 5-0 record, having recently swept both Little Rock and Central Arkansas.

Following this match, Arkansas will travel to Colorado for the Buffs Invitational later in the week, where they are scheduled to play Colorado, Denver, and Toledo from Friday through Sunday.

The match against Boston College is set to begin at 7 p.m., with doors opening an hour earlier. Parking will be available in several lots surrounding Barnhill Arena. Tickets can be purchased for individual games or as a season package, and fans can also watch the game live on SEC Network+.

Boston College currently holds a hitting percentage of .302, averaging 13.40 kills per set and 2.93 blocks per set. Their opponents have managed only a .068 hitting percentage so far this season. Arkansas has posted a .231 hitting percentage with averages of 12.06 kills per set and 1.88 blocks per set; opponents have hit .273 against them.
