Six current and former members of the Arkansas women’s golf program are set to participate in the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship Presented by P&G, an LPGA Tour event scheduled from September 19-21 at Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas.

Current junior and reigning NCAA champion Maria José Marin has received a sponsor exemption for the second consecutive year. Marin, who is from Cali, Colombia, finished tied for 17th place in last year’s tournament. She also made the cut at two major championships last year: The Women’s U.S. Open and The Amundi Evian Championship.

Five former Razorbacks will join Marin on the course. Kendall Todd earned her spot by winning the Monday qualifier at Blessings Golf Club with a score of 6-under 66. Stacy Lewis, a 13-time LPGA Tour winner and notable Razorback alumna who announced her retirement on Wednesday, will make her final appearance at this event. Brooke Matthews returns to Northwest Arkansas after finishing tied for 14th at last week’s Kroger Queen City Championship. Professional golfers Gaby Lopez and Maria Fassi are also set to compete.

Golf Channel will broadcast live coverage each afternoon during the tournament. Additional spectator information is available on the official event website (https://www.nwachampionship.com/). Live scoring updates can be found on the LPGA’s leaderboard page (https://www.lpga.com/leaderboard).

The first round tee times for Razorback participants are as follows:
– Brooke Matthews: 8:38 a.m.
– Maria José Marin: 9:00 a.m.
– Kendall Todd: 9:11 a.m.
– Stacy Lewis: 12:43 p.m.
– Gaby Lopez: 1:05 p.m.
