The Arkansas women’s tennis team has postponed its season opener because of expected bad weather in Northwest Arkansas. The match, originally set for Sunday against Arkansas State at the Billingsley Tennis Center, will be rescheduled later this season.
The team’s first match of the 2026 campaign will now take place on Wednesday, January 28. Arkansas is set to play a doubleheader against Missouri State starting at 10 a.m., also at the Billingsley Tennis Center.
No. 1 ranked Arkansas has secured 17 entries for the upcoming NCAA Indoor Championships, which will be held March 13-14 at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville.
The Arkansas Razorbacks women’s gymnastics team, ranked eighth nationally, will host the top-ranked Oklahoma Sooners on Friday at Bud Walton Arena.
Head Coach Ryan Silverfield has completed his Arkansas Razorbacks football coaching staff with the addition of Mitch Stewart as quarterbacks coach and Landius Wilkerson as defensive line coach.
