Here is an updated map of Emma Street detour that allows for the use of Spring Street and Holcomb Street. Holcomb will remain open until the new waterline construction begins and requires Holcomb to be closed. Detour updates will be posted as construction progresses. SW A St between SW 7th St and SW 10th St as well as SW 8th St between SW B St and S Main St will be closed beginning 5:00am Monday, July 10th and is scheduled to open by 6:00pm on Wednesday, August 9th for road construction.
