City of West Fork issued the following announcement on Feb. 14.
We are now accepting 4 yr-olds for tball, so ages are from 4 to 14. Signup forms, information sheets, waivers and coaching applications can be found at our website: westforkparks.com or picked up at City Hall (164 N. Centennial), and the elementary and middle school offices. Forms and waivers need to be returned to City Hall during regular business hours. $50 Registration Fee with $100 family maximum. Sign up today!
