Fayetteville High School issued the following announcement on Feb. 14.

THIS IS A REMINDER THAT ARKANSAS BOYS STATE INTEREST FORMS ARE DUE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18

The American Legion Commission has announced Arkansas Boys State will be held at the University of Central Arkansas from May 29-June 3rd. This immersive civics leadership program is for males entering their senior year. The tuition is $250 and assistance may be available. Students must be nominated by their high school and accepted into the program. In order to be considered, FHS students must fill out the ABS Interest Form by February 18th.
