The Arkansas Razorbacks women’s soccer team, ranked 13th nationally, played to a 3-3 draw against Creighton on Friday in Omaha. Arkansas held a 2-0 lead at halftime but conceded three consecutive goals before tying the match with five minutes remaining.

Senior midfielder Zoe Susi opened the scoring for Arkansas just two minutes into the game, marking her first goal of the season. Freshman forward Natalie Wagner added a second goal in the 44th minute after her initial shot was blocked by Creighton goalkeeper Alyssa Zalac and a failed clearance attempt by a Bluejay defender allowed the ball to cross the line.

Arkansas outshot Creighton 8-4 in the first half. In the second half, Creighton responded with three goals in an eight-minute span. Substitute Jalen Chaney scored twice for Creighton in the 68th and 71st minutes.

With five minutes left in regulation, senior forward Taylor Berman received a pass from Makenzie Malham, turned past a defender at the penalty spot, and scored to level the match. Both teams finished with 11 shots each.

Arkansas will begin Southeastern Conference play on Thursday, September 11, facing Florida at 5 p.m. The match will be broadcast on SEC Network.
