Notice: Registration for the 2023 City of West Fork Baseball, Softball & T-Ball (ages 5-14) season has begun! Signup forms, information sheets, waivers and coaching applications can be downloaded at our website: westforkparks.com or picked up at City Hall (164 N. Centennial). For more information call 479-839-2342. Forms and waivers need to be returned to City Hall during regular business hours. $50 Registration Fee with $100 family maximum. Sign up today!
