ST. RAPHAEL CHURCH – SPRINGDALE: BREWTOBER CHILIFEST 2022 was a great success

0Comments

The Lord provided great weather and a wonderful crowd for a evening of fun and relaxation. I want to thank Karen and Tom Maddock for their dedication for making Brewtober such a great success over the years. Tom was able to get craft beer makers from the area to share their homebrewed delights with us. Nancy Phillips, our Special Events Coordinator, who worked especially hard in making this event special. I thank Carlos Rodriguez and our maintenance crew for making sure everything was set up. To the Chipollini family and their absolutely tasty, to die for desserts; thank you Suzanne! To Bill Swalley, who cooked the bratwurst and all who brought chili for the evening; whether to be judged or not. To my staff who worked that evening selling tickets and checking out people at the end. To the many volunteers who help the night go so smoothly in which we received many compliments. And thanks to so many of you who came out to support us on this evening. We were delighted to have you. We will inform you in early November on how we did on the event. We will be reimagining our events at St Raphael in 2023 and will let you know in the spring of next year what exciting events will happen in the second half of 2023.
