City of Springdale issued the following announcement on July 23.
We would like to congratulate the Springdale Communications Center for achieving Fire ACE (Accredited Center of Excellence) through the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch.
Worldwide, only 269 other Emergency Telecommunications Organizations have achieved such high quality and performance levels, and now the Springdale Communications Center has made that number 270. Not only that, but they have also the first in Arkansas to be duel accredited in Fire and EMS.
We are so proud of the team you see below! It takes hard work to do what they do. Thank you for serving our community. We applaud you!
