Fayetteville High School issued the following announcement on Aug. 2.
The Fayetteville High School Marching Band will unveil its new semi-trailer on Monday, August 9 at 4 p.m. in the parking lot of the FHS Performing Arts Center.
“Thanks to generous sponsors and FHS Band families, the FHS Band Boosters raised funds to purchase a new semi-trailer,” said Brett Lawson, FHS Band Director. “Band membership is growing each year, and the new trailer will allow the FHS Band to safely transport all instruments and equipment used in competitions.”
Corporate sponsors include the Fayetteville Public Education Foundation, Arvest Bank, Intellistop, OzarksGo, and Fayetteville Public Schools, as well as the hundreds of band families and community members that supported this fundraising campaign.
