City of West Fork issued the following announcement on Aug. 6.

There will be a West Fork City Council meeting Tuesday August 10, 2021 at 6:30 pm at the West Fork Courts/Police building

located at 262 W. Main St. The public is welcome to attend;

hand sanitizer will be available and social distancing of 6 feet is required.

1. Planning Commission: Walter Harnish

1. Accept resignation of Alderman Steve Pense

2. Resolution 2021-06- Authorize membership of The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS)

3. Parks budget adjustment- $65,000 from park reserves- used for reconstruction of field #2 at Carter Park.

4. Ordinance #499- Annexation of Provence property, N. Centennial

5. Ordinance #500- to waive bids on Carter Park trail project- by reason of no bids received

6. Review bid tabulation for James Street Paving- authorize Mayor to negotiate contract with lowest bidder (Emery Sap & Son), not to exceed $72,318.300

7. Change order for sewer construction – Boyles Construction- for $14,780.00.

(D) OTHER BUSINESS:

1. Discuss possibility/process of adding short-term rental tax
