City of Springdale issued the following announcement on Aug. 11.
Christian Ave. between Virginia St. and Kansas St.-
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11th, 2021 Springdale Water Utilities (SWU) personnel will establish a traffic control zone that will close to thru traffic the portion of Christian Ave. located between Virginia St. & Kansas St. This closure is necessary in order to replace a faulty sewer line located under Christian Ave. They expect the sewer line repair to be completed and the street fully reopened no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon (8/11/2021).
