City of West Fork issued the following announcement on Aug. 28.
EXTENDED DEADLINE: The West Fork Flag Football Program has extended registration and the deadline is now Monday, August 30th. Forms must be turned in by Monday. The program is for Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade West Fork Students. Cost is $25.00. Registration forms are available at City Hall (164 N. Centennial) and the Elementary School office and on our website at westforkparks.com. All forms need to be returned to City Hall, Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm or can be put in drop box after hours.
