ST. JOSEPH CHURCH – FAYETTEVILLE: Social Justice Commission Thank You for CEO Food Drive

Thank

St. Joseph Church – Fayetteville issued the following announcement on Oct. 3.

CEO (Cooperative Emergency Outreach) and the Social Justice group thank all the St. Joseph participants in the CEO Back-to-School Food Drive. CEO collected and delivered 260 bags of groceries, toiletries, diapers, toilet paper and detergent for the two-week food drive. What an amazing amount! Your contribution helps our clients to save money on groceries that they can apply for other needs, such as school supplies, clothing for school children, rent, utilities and gasoline. Thank you for your generosity. Thank you also for the return of the St. Joseph School 7th and 8th graders to CEO to bring the food collected at the school. Seven 8th graders and Mrs. Welcher came to CEO with lots of food, learned about CEO, and shelved all the food. They even got a tour of the walk-in freezer! CEO appreciates all of you and welcome back!!!
