ARKANSAS: Free Mental Health Counseling Available to On-campus Students

Il

Arkansas issued the following announcement on Dec. 13.

University life is stressful, filled with finals and late-night study sessions. For many students, it can be tough to focus on grades and schoolwork in the last weeks of a semester.

Students living on campus are eligible for free short-term individual counseling through an innovative collaboration between University Housing and the Pat Walker Health Center.

This program is a partnership between Housing and the health center's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) area.

WORKSHOPS

In addition to individual counseling, students are eligible and encouraged to take part in CAPS free groups and workshops.
