City of Van Buren issued the following announcement on Dec. 22.
What a Terrific Tuesday with our annual Shop with a Cop program! This morning was spent eating breakfast, shopping, and having a great time! Because of the generosity of local businesses and private citizens, we were able to shop with over 60 children!
A huge THANK YOU to Walmart Van Buren for allowing us to shop, to McDonald's for donating breakfast, and to everyone else who made this wonderful experience possible!
We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!
