St. Paul's Episcopal Church issued the following announcement on Jan. 13.
If you have the day off on Monday, January 17, then we invite you to join us for a Day On. In honor of the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we will host a day of service at St. Paul's. People of all ages are invited to join us from 2-4 p.m. in the Parish Hall. We will have the opportunity to worship and then to serve with a variety of projects in support of Black led organizations in the wider community as well as outreach ministries of our parish.
What to Bring
Bring donations of period products (pads and tampons) with you to church on Sunday or to the event for one of our service projects.
The offering during worship will go towards supporting the cost of project supplies.
