City of Springdale issued the following announcement on April 13.
Our Springdale City Council passed a Resolution, which will fund a temporary impact route for Ozark Regional Transit.
Please see information below regarding temporary route to help tornado victims!
In an effort to help persons impacted by the recent tornado, ORT is running a temporary route from the significantly-impacted neighborhood around Powell St. to key locations in Springdale. Please see map & schedule attached.
This temporary route will begin at 7 a.m. Monday the 11th and will run through May 6 (4 weeks).
The route will operate from 7 a.m. til 5 p.m. Monday through Friday throughout its 4-week run.
Carry-on restrictions are eased for this temporary service but the public is asked to purchase items within reason and with courtesy to other passengers.
