CITY OF WEST FORK: The West Fork City Council Meeting to be September 13, 2022

The West Fork City Council will meet Tuesday September 13, 2022, at 6:30pm in the West Fork Courts/Police Building at 262 W. Main Street, for a regular monthly meeting. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 9, 2022, regular meeting minutes

PUBLIC FORUM: 2 minutes per speaker. All remarks addressed to the City Council. Council and Mayor may ask questions of the speaker or respond to questions or comments. No official action will be taken.

(A) BUSINESS REPORTS: (Open for questions and discussion by the Council)

1. Planning Commission: Walter Harnish

2. Court: Tracy Roebke

3. Library Director: Blair Hollender

4. Police Department: Chief John Nelson

5. Public Works: Isaac Harderson

6. Parks Director: Chad Harrison

7. Fire Department: Chief Mark Myers

8. Finance Director/Treasurer: Kristie Drymon

(B) OLD BUSINESS:

1. Resolution 2022-06- lease for 85 Main Street

2. Quitclaim deed for drainage ditch and easements on Riverwood

(C) NEW BUSINESS:

1. Review and approve ARPA projects/spending

2. Resolution 2022-07- to approve 2023 county tax milage

(D) OTHER BUSINESS:

1. Discuss maintenance of real property ordinance updates

2. Planning Commission- open house for input on zoning changes- October 20th,

6:00pm-8:00pm, at Fire Department.
