UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS: U of A Student DEI Badge Program

The UARK Student DEI Badge Program is customizable and attuned with UARK's diversity, equity and inclusion goals. This non-credit program will help students increase their cultural competency, become DEI advocates and engage effectively with individuals from all backgrounds.

The mission of the UARK Student DEI Badge Program is to help U of A students become culturally competent and gain useful skills that will help them distinguish themselves in the job market after they graduate and continue to enrich their lives. UARK Student DEI Badge Program prepares you to analyze, diagnose and address DEI issues within organizations.

This program offers a variety of relevant and applicable workshops, activities and events that can help participants acquire knowledge, develop dispositions and hone skills needed for achieving cultural competence.
