"utility work announcement

In an effort to improve service, Springdale Water Utilities will be performing sanitary sewer system improvements in several locations in Springdale, Arkansas. Insituform Technologies, LLC has been contracted to perform the installation of the CIPP liner in several areas as shown in the attached map. Work is expected to begin Thursday, January 26th, 2023 and conclude sometime in the month of April 2023 as weather can affect the scheduled work. This work order includes certain sections that will need to be done during the weekend in an effort to minimize disturbance to normal traffic flow. The areas and sections that require weekend work have been highlighted in the attached map and work hours will be between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm with Springdale Water Utility crews observing/inspecting the work.
