The UARK Student DEI Badge Program is customizable and attuned with UARK’s diversity, equity and inclusion goals. This non-credit program will help students increase their cultural competency, become DEI advocates and engage effectively with individuals from all backgrounds.

The mission of the UARK Student DEI Badge Program is to help U of A students become culturally competent and gain useful skills that will help them distinguish themselves in the job market after they graduate and continue to enrich their lives.
